Job Purpose
The Stores Asst. will be accountable for the overall warehouse operation, which receives and stores, moves and ships supplies, stock and materials to and/or from the warehouse. Work closely with the Warehouse Manager/GM to manage the overall operation and ensures the safe and effective storage and distribution of customer goods on time and without damage.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and General Manager to develop a Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.
- Take the leading in checking inventory records for accuracy
- Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
- To compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Oversee the loading and offloading of items in the warehouse
- Resolve conflict and to create a positive and productive team environment.
- Shipping and receiving of products to and from the warehouse on behalf of customers.
- Accountable for the planning and direction of all warehouse operations, including developing and monitoring, security, change management and all administration activities.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems

Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Warehouse Management, Procurement & Supply, Logistics
- Must wave a minimum 2-3 years’ work experience in warehouse/stores management
