Position: Stores Clerk
Okavango Foods Limited, a leader in providing high-quality food products and catering solutions, is seeking an experienced and motivated Stores Clerk to manage our stock effectively. The successful candidate will report directly to the Stores Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of stock using ERP or equivalent software.
- ]Coordinate stock management activities including receiving, inspecting, storage, and issuing.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliations and provide timely reports.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded and up-to-date.
- Liaise closely with procurement, production, and sales departments to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Minimum of a Certificate in Procurement and Supply Chain (significant relevant experience may substitute for qualification).
- At least 2 years’ experience in Procurement and Stores Keeping.
- Proficiency in ERP software or other inventory management systems.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Lusaka, preferably near or around the Woodlands area.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
