Necor Zambia Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced persons to apply for the position of Operations and Business Development Manager – Micro-Finance.

Qualifications

  1. Degree in the relevant field.
  2. Additional qualifications in Finance.
  3. Possess good marketing skills
  4. Sharp-thinker and self-motivated.
  5. Not less than 5 years’ experience in Micro-Financing.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyzing the credit-worthiness of potential loan customers.
  2. Managing delinquency and ensuring that loan portfolio at risk is below 5%.
  3. Ability to sell and look for new business opportunities.
