OPPAZ seeks services of suitably qualified individuals or firms to conduct an Organization Development Assessment with the objective of facilitating development of a comprehensive strategic plan to guide programmatic implementation of its initiative over the next five years.

Duration

Three weeks from date of commencement.

Eligibility, Qualification and Expertise

Zambian registered firms and individual consultants are eligible.
The consultancy firm or individual consultant shall have:
Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and capacity building in non-profit sector within the Zambian context of agriculture and rural development
Expertise in facilitation of strategic planning processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
Experience of working with Zambian agricultural-based organizations and familiarity with the organic agriculture sector.

How to apply

Eligible consultants will submit proposal in an envelope clearly marked Proposal for consultancy services to conduct an Organization Development Assessment for Organic Producers and Processors Association of Zambia. The technical proposal shall be separate from the financial proposal and each in own sealed envelope appropriately marked Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The two envelopes will be put in the Envelope marked Proposal for Consultancy services to conduct an Organization Development Assessment for Organic Producers and Processors Association of Zambia which shall then be sealed.
