On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your work.


  • Develop production schedules and workflows to optimize output while minimizing costs.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards, monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
  • Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, minimizing holding costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and monitoring expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to food safety and production standards.
  • Prepare regular reports on production metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in production.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management roles.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
