As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Human Resource Associate to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Associate who will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources functions. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures on behalf of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive positive change within our clients’ organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Clients’ compliance with regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with other business divisions as needed
- Keep abreast of Human Resource standards and new laws
- Chair and draft minutes of Disciplinary Hearings
- Communicate with necessary statutory bodies on client’s behalf
- Conduct research as necessary
- Provide Support to the Senior Associates.
- Management of Payroll Processing and statutory obligations
- Managing HR records, physical and electronic form
- Drafting of employment contracts and verifying completion
- Management of the entire recruitment process.
- Management of employee on-boarding
- Sensitization of employees to company processes, procedures, and policies.
- Responding to clients’ HR-related queries
- Maintaining employee confidentiality.
- Assisting with training as may be required by the client from time to time
- HR policy formulation and Drafting for our clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and human resource administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software.
