Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for conducting sales and marketing activities, managing sales accounting systems, planning marketing campaign schedules, providing customer service, offering training sessions, and promoting our products and services to potential clients and managing our social media platforms. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. This full-time remote role will transition to a full-time onsite or hybrid role after a stipulated period of time.

Overall Job Purpose:

To function as Sales and Marketing personnel, ensuring the stable and consistent achievement of sales targets, maintenance of marketing schedules and operate as customer support to our global clients.

Specific Job Responsibility:

  1. Planning and managing social media marketing campaigns.
  2. Working with our team of brand ambassadors to achieve sales goals.
  3. Managing social media channels and networks including planning social media content.
  4. Assisting in the design and creative development of social media content through graphical designing tools
  5. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  6. Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  7. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  8. Provide customer care service to client including product and service briefings, platform on-boarding and communications.
  9. Reviewing retail and institutional financial market client data including
  10. Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Finance (CTF).
  11. Managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Relationship Management (BRM) tools.
  12. Correspond with our global network of financial partners.

Job Specific Competencies:

  1. Competent in strategic digital sales and marketing within the industry of financial market products and services.
  2. Extensive understanding of industry trends, local and international compliance policies, and customer relationship management.
  3. Basic knowledge of sales and accounting as well as general back-end system management.

  3. Uphold strong ethical standards within the industry of financial market products and services.
  4. Must have strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

  7. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing.
  2. Experience working with financial market products on a retail or institutional scale will be advantageous.
  3. At least 1 year experience in Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Finance (CTF) and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
  4. Proven track record in sales with metrics.

Remuneration:

The role of Sales and Marketing Representative will consist of a temporal provision to the final contract facilitating a preliminary commission scheme. Once this temporal provision expires after a specified period it will transition into a fixed remuneration subject to negotiation.
