Position: Intern Quantity Surveyor
Palmridge Construction Ltd is currently seeking to employ a highly motivated and skilled intern quantity surveyor to fill one vacant position.
KEY COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of science from a reputable institution
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Must be innovative and proactive
- Ability to work out costings, quotations, bill of quantities and tender documents.
- Ability to understand drawings and blueprints
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in negotiation skills
- Keen attention to detail and exceptionally responsible
- Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
