Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with our audience, and driving growth. We’re looking for a creative and data-driven individual who can leverage social media platforms to amplify our message and connect with potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns; create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
- SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines; manage pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, prepare reports on campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and develop strategies to increase social media presence.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, manage subscriber lists, and analyze email performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Portfolio showcasing created content such as graphics, videos, or blog posts.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is an added advantage, not a must.

d) Strategic Thinking: Does the brief include a well-thought-out plan for achieving the campaign goals? Are the chosen channels and tactics appropriate for the campaign objectives?
e) Content Quality: Is the sample content (e.g., graphics, videos, blog posts) high-quality and compelling? Does the content align with the value proposition of the mentioned company?
f) Metrics and Measurement: Does the candidate provide clear and relevant metrics for measuring campaign success? Are the proposed methods for tracking and analyzing these metrics practical and effective?
