Sales Personnel – Hydraulic Repairs

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Personnel to join our team specializing in hydraulic repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving sales of our hydraulic repair services. This role requires a strong understanding of hydraulic systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the hydraulic repair market.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

3. Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of hydraulic systems and repair processes.
  • Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding hydraulic repairs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop customized solutions for clients.

4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with the technical and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hydraulic repair industry or a related technical field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
