Population Media Center (PMC)
Population Media Center (PMC) is a non-profit, international organization, which strives to improve the health and well-being of people around the world using entertainment-education strategies. Founded in 1998, PMC has 19 years of field experience in social behaviour change communication, impacting more than 50 countries around the world.
PMC is inviting applications from well-established organisations or businesses to register as our vendors to supply/provide goods/services for period 1st November 2018 to 19th February 2021 in the categories listed below;
1. Goods
- Office equipment
- Office furniture
- General stationary and office supplies
- Fuel and lubricants
- Firefighting equipment
- IT equipment and accessories
2. Service
- Accommodation and Conferencing
- Outside catering
- Media and Advertising
- Graphic designing
- Printing promotional materials (visual aids)
- Vehicle hire services
- Courier services
- Equipment servicing works
- Electrical works
- General repair works
Requirements
- Certificate of registration/incorporation Copies of VAT certificates, tax clearance and Tpin registration certificate.
- Detailed company profile (profiles must include the client base and references from past businesses)
- Applicants should state their area of expertise/specialization in the categories stated above and clearly write the category on the envelope. Indicate correct telephone/fax numbers, physical and e-mail addresses.
- Bidders are required to fill in a vendor questionnaire form which can be obtained from the PMC office upon payment of a non – refundable fee of K 300.
Note
Suppliers who will meet the above minimum requirements will be shortlisted for pre – qualification inspection to confirm the eligibility. The closing date of receipt of applications shall be Friday 28th September 2018 at 12:30 hours.
