POWERTOOLS LOGISTICS LTD is seeking driven and self-motivated individuals who will provide professional and efficient service on board the buses as bus conductors (Host/Hostess).
Responsibilities:
- Assist the driver in conducting pre and post trip announcements and vehicle checks.
- Ensure cleanliness of assigned bus.
- Supervision of all luggage/courier loading and off-loading duties.
- Ensure safety of the passengers on board.
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor at all times.
- Great customer care service and positive attitude towards customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of grade 12 certificate.
- Good literacy levels – able to read and write.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated, courteous and humble individual.
- Proven good previous record as host/conductor or experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
