The Company, a cross boarder transport & logistics firm is looking for suitably qualified individuals with a proven track record of high performance and delivery to fill the position of welder/ panel beaters.
The successful candidates will be expected to:
1. Undertake welding and panel beating assignments in compliance to specifications.
2. Repair damage to equipment, trucks and trailers.
3. Replace new and fabricate parts for trucks and trailers.
4. Carry out routine checks on trucks to avoid breakdowns.
5. Assist in tyre Fitting and Mending.
6. Assisting in the replacement and work on gear boxes.
7. Conduct mechanical check-ups on horse and trailer.
8. Attending to breakdowns and accidents when called upon at any time.
Job Requirements
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Craft certificate in metal fabrication/ welding and panel beating
3. 5 years experience in a busy workshop of a transport company
4. Demonstrate initiative and problem solving abilities.
