A Construction company based in Lusaka is urgently looking for a suitably qualified Female to fill up the position of Admin and accounts assistant.

Duties:

Capturing daily transactions
Bank reconciliations
Posting and reconciling debtors and creditors
Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts.
Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
Preparation of statutory accounts.
Working with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Diploma in accounting or Business Administration
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
Computer literacy and the ability to use various specialist applications.
Reasonable word processing skills.
A genuine interest in business and finance.
Good administrative skills.
Must be Female aged 27 and 35 years of age
