Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, experience with design software, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
1. Design Development: Create high-quality designs for various mediums, including, digital, web, and social media.
2. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure design alignment and effective communication.
4. Marketing Support: Provide support for our marketing efforts, including campaign development, execution, and analysis.
5. Content Creation: Create and distribute engaging content across various marketing channels, including social media, email, and blog posts.
6. Brand Messaging: Ensure our brand’s message is communicated effectively across all marketing channels.
7. Event Planning: Assist with event planning, including shows, conferences, and product launches.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Design Skills: Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva etc.).
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas
Added advantage:
1. Web Design Experience:*Experience with web design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
2. Motion Graphics: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video production.
3. UX/UI Design: Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
4. *Design Tools:* Familiarity with design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
