The Courier (Motor Bike Rider) will be responsible for timely collection and delivery for parcels to and from clients
Main duties are :
- Complete orders and ensure customer signs proof of delivery for packages collected or delivered to ensure records are kept for tracking purposes.
- Completes incidents and accident reports and submit to management to ensure insurance claims are processes on time and that all damages are repaired.
- Maintain the motor bite by cleaning and ensuring it is in good working order to supply a reliable delivery service.
- Maintain daily safe keeping and fault reporting of motorbike, and any company equipment to ensure that they remain in good condition to provide excellent collection and delivery of goods
- Handle other paperwork related to the delivery, return copies, ensure the delivery sheets are signed, record mileage, and time taken per delivery.
Skills required & personal attributes for the Role
- Motor Bike license (must be at least 2 years old)
- Good communication and inter personal skills (conversant with English and local languages)
- Pays attention to detail
- Should have the ability to multi-task
- Passion for Customer Service
- Ready to start immediately
