Title: Program Manager Fixed & Mobile Sales

OVERALL PURPOSE
Drive the achievement of the fixed sales target. Develop and manage an ecosystem of channel partners that support the achievement large volume of sales .
JOB SPECIFICATION
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/ Marketing or related filed. Project Management qualification an added advantage
Professional Registration:
Zambia Institute of Marketing, EIZ or any relevant professional body
Minimum Experience :
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a commercial driven environment with aggressive sales targets achievement. Experience in managing a performance drive team . Hands on experience in sales cutting across corporate sales, Distribution and channel sales Experience in formulation of sales strategy and execution of tactical sales plan. Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry preferably in Telecom products and services
Key Skills:
Knowledge of large corporates, Housing and SME Markets Local Markets including market trends, good on understanding on driving of sales and service environment
