Citizen Enablement
- Respond to client/WhatsApp/visits and furnish them with all necessary information such as application form, quotes,
- Collect forms from clients and ensure they are completed and have been taken for processing.
- Do follow ups with the financiers and ensure clients are properly updated/communicated to
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
- Observing and carrying out sales processes.
- Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers on behalf of the company.
- Timely management of comments/messages on social media platforms
- Reception duties such as petty cash, printing, access control
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions.
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- Experience in a call center is a plus
- Strong self-motivation
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Driver’s license
