Citizen Enablement

  • Respond to client/WhatsApp/visits and furnish them with all necessary information such as application form, quotes,
  • Collect forms from clients and ensure they are completed and have been taken for processing.
  • Do follow ups with the financiers and ensure clients are properly updated/communicated to
  • Updating documents and sales records.
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets.
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes.
  • Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers on behalf of the company.
  • Timely management of comments/messages on social media platforms
  • Reception duties such as petty cash, printing, access control
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions.
  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Experience in a call center is a plus
  • Strong self-motivation
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Driver’s license
