1. Site Engineer/Agent – Civil
- He/ She shall be responsible for all technical aspects of the project implementation, measurement, quality controls and documentation.
Minimum Qualification:
- He/ She shall have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil /Highway Engineering with ten (10) years’ experience in supervision of construction projects
- He/ She shall be a registered member of EIZ and registered to practice by the Engineers Registration Board (E.R.B).
2. General Foreman – (Earthworks & Concrete)
- He/ She shall be responsible for building & concrete works and quality control of it. In addition he will be responsible for ensuring the fixing and installation of the reinforcement is done in accordance to design specifications.
- He/She shall be responsible for the general management & supervision of all artisans on site
Minimum Qualification:
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or any related field with 8 years’ work experience as a foreman on road construction projects
- He/she shall be a registered member of EIZ
3. Craftsmen/Technicians
- Electrician
- Bricklayer
- Carpenter
- Plumber
- Plasterer/Finisher (Very Critical)
Minimum Qualifications
He/ She shall have a Craft Certificate and minimum of five (05) years experience in related field
