PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
An established property development company based in Solwezi requires the services of a Construction Project Manager with the following background;
- A Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or Quantity Survey.
- 5-10 years work proven work experience in building and erecting multi-storey office or apartment buildings.
- 3 years of work experience in the capacity as a Project Manager in such high rise projects.
- Very hands on, production orientated, can work independently and is a go-getter.
- 30-40 years of age
- Able to use an Auto Level & Theodolite
