PURCHASING MANAGER (1 POSITION to be campus)
Job Purpose: To manage all the procurements of the University, including maintenance and monitoring of procurement systems to ensure compliance with the procurement rules and regulations as provided in the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) Act No, 12 of 2008.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 Certficate with at least 05 Credits that must include English Language
- University degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and/or related field
- At least 05 years practical experience in the same capacity in a reputable organization in Supply Chain Management
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
- Fully paid up member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply (ZIPS) with a vdid Practicing License
- Must be computer literate
- Must be at least 35 and 45 years old
