- Develop ideas and strategies on how to promote our brand and services
- Assist in the research and identification of new sales leads
- Contact and follow up with potential new customers through off site meetings and phone.
- Help prepare sales materials, including presentations and proposals.
- Assist in the tracking and analysis of sales data off site.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings and trainings
- Assist with activities across the marketing department, including the production of marketing collateral, drafting and scheduling social media and the organization of conferences and events
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
- Generation of lists of prospects, in various areas of expertise and markets; with a view to generate new contacts within relevant industries and research areas that can then be approached via marketing / sales
- Assist in tracking the performance of marketing activities, generating reports of relevant metrics and coming up with ideas and suggestions for further activity
- Assist with daily administrative duties.
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Run advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
- Carry out other duties as per delegation and authority matrix
