We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Laptop Engineer to join our team.
Position: Laptop Engineer
To provide high quality and client focused oriented Laptop Repair Services
Key Performance Areas :
Servicing and repairing Laptops , Desktops and Printers
End to end repair process knowledge required
Use computer-based systems to enter/record required data
Receive, verify, and stock inventory from various vendors
Fill, pick, and prepare part requests/orders for shipment
Perform assembly and upgrade services on laptops and printers.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required
Complete accurate defective part documentation
Miscellaneous daily tasks including clean-up activities
Perform hardware diagnostics of all units
Perform quality inspection of all completed processes
Skills and Competencies
Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
Numerical and analytical skills
Judgment and decision making
High attention to detail
Planning and prioritizing
Ability to design processes
Exceptional resource management
Minimum Requirements:
Education : Matric (Essential); Diploma (Preferable)
Certification : A+ (Preferable) , Service qualification with brands like HP, Dell (Highly preferable)
Experience : 2+ Years in Laptop repairs (Essential)
Language : English (Fluent)
Drivers License : Yes (Required)
