IT SERVICES FOR INTERGRATING THE RDG CRM WITH MOBILE MONEY.
RDG Collective Limited invites qualified Information Technology (IT) service providers to submit bids for the integration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the mobile money payment system.
This project is aimed at enhancing our payment and customer management processes, facilitating seamless transactions, and improving service delivery to our customers.
Scope of Services:
The successful bidder will be required to provide the following services:
1. Assessment and Planning:
- Conduct a detailed assessment of the current CRM system and mobile money platforms.
- Develop a comprehensive integration plan, including timelines, resources needed, and risk management strategies.
2. Integration Development:
- Design and implement secure integration solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Ensure compatibility and functionality across all relevant mobile money platforms.
3. Testing and Deployment:
- Carry out rigorous testing of the integration solutions to ensure stability and security.
- Manage the deployment process, including any necessary downtime or migration activities.
4. Training and Support:
- Provide training to our staff on the new integrated systems.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance services post-integration.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in CRM and mobile money integration.
- Relevant certifications in IT and system integration.
- Strong portfolio of completed projects, particularly in environments serving rural and off-grid communities
- Compliance with international data protection regulations.

Interested parties are required to submit the following documents:
- Company profile outlining qualifications and experience.
- Detailed proposal responding to the scope of services outlined above.
- Proof of eligibility and certifications.
- References or case studies from previous projects.
- Financial proposal detailing all costs associated with the project.
