RDO Equipment Africa urgently invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill in the Position of PARTS SALESMAN
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customers with prices and availability of requested items
- Promote Parts Sales
- Build Strong Customer relationships with quality support and prompt feedback
- Notify Parts Manager with Stock levels indicating available Stocks, out of stock and advise on timely replenishment of items
- Issue Credit Notes for parts returned in good condition and ensure items are returned within 30 days
- Follow-up and Supply customer back Orders.
Other Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Agriculture Equipment is a Must
- Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
- Good communication skills
- Enterprise Response Planning tool (ERP System) understanding will be an added advantage
- Mechanical knowledge will be an added advantage
- Able to adapt in a fast-growing business and be flexible to handle other activities in parts Section
Qualification
- Diploma or better in a Business Course – Purchasing and Supply, Business Administration, Store Management
- Grade 12
