Regional Consumer Sales Manager (Lusaka & Southern)

Reporting to: Chief Sales and Distribution Officer


  • Drive sales volumes against targets and quality gross activations
  • Growth of numeric distribution
  • Revenue growth and manage profit and loss in the region
  • Manage the weighted out of stocks
  • Grow data subscriber and data usage
  • Site Utilization (Marketing/Technical engagement) to generate usage
  • Ensure product availability and brand visibility
  • Mobile Money (Registered Subs, Transacting customers, weighted eco system and Agents)
  • Drive electronic airtime penetration
  • Manage direct report’s productivity and development
  • Relationship management with the distributors in the region

Candidates Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Commerce
  • 6 years sales, FMCG and Management experience
  • Senior management level for at least 4 years
  • Administration and operational management experience
  • Strong leadership analytical skills
