The Corporate Support Consultant (CSC) role interfaces with and provides pertinent information to companies looking to improve the health and wellness of their employees. The CSC develops and delivers wellness solutions and employee training strategies to help employees manage their health and lifestyle both at work and at home. The goal is to support companies in improving employee productivity, morale and engagement, and to reduce costs to the company. The CSC will directly report to the Head of Business Operations & Strategy and will work closely with internal specialists and the Managing Consultant.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare concise, targeted proposals for prospective corporate clients
  • Pitch Renaisense Corporate Wellness solutions to prospective clients
  • Collaboratively work with the Renaisense front office to close new Corporate Wellness business leads and for purposes of invoices and payments
  • Coordinate with internal expert resource to effectively plan, track and manage the end-to-end solution delivery process for each existing corporate customer
  • Ensure timely reporting to existing clients
  • Conduct visibility and general training sessions to clients when required
  • Uphold the Renaisense Core Values throughout the engagement and all internal and external relations

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Health and/or other relevant fields. Master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • 3+ years of experience working with diverse teams in a corporate environment
  • Results-oriented and focused, with the ability to forecast and coordinate activity across varying stakeholders [internal and external]
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps – MSWord, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated team player with effective cross-cultural interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse and multidisciplinary teams
  • Verbal and written fluency in English
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all levels
