Position Summary

The Sales Consultant is responsible for achieving sales in an assigned territory. You will be responsible for proactively selling Peleman/Unibind document binding, branding, and presentation solutions. Thanks to over 30 years of research, development, and worldwide client feedback, we have a complete range of systems and accessories for our printed presentation needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, the Sales Consultant must be able to perform the following:

Sourcing new business
Service customers by selling products and meeting customer needs through building a long-standing relationship.
Service existing customers by doing proper planning and route sheets.
Growing your database in the relevant area
The ability to problem solve and implement out-of-the-box thinking to resolve customer needs and challenges.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses.
Maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Conducting various training sessions to customers to keep the product relevant.
Compiling quotations and proposals professionally.



  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Minimum qualification requirement is a Diploma.
  • Note: “no experience” will not be considered
  • Valid driver’s license.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal communications, spelling, and grammar.
  • Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers);
  • Able to work with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Energetic, confident, presentable, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail and is committed to delivering quality output.
  • Customer-focused approach;
    • Meeting sales targets
    • Good negotiation and closing skills on all levels.
    • Source new business.
    • Willingness to travel should it be required for the available area.
