Job Purpose:
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for identifying client needs, proposing tailored digital solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. The role focuses on optimizing business processes through electronic document management, print management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Design & Implementation
Assess client business processes and recommend digital transformation strategies using Repro’s software and hardware solutions.
2. Sales & Client Engagement
Collaborate with the Business Development team to generate sales opportunities for IT solutions.
Deliver presentations and demos to potential clients on Repro’s solutions.
3. Training & Support
Train internal staff and clients on the functionality and benefits of implemented solutions.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth client onboarding
4. Market & Industry Research
Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
Certifications in Project Management (PMP), Microsoft, Cisco, or Ricoh solutions are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, or business process automation.
