With our dedication to showing results and as a way of improving the delivery of our overall implementation, Restless Development Zambia strives to have available a team of staff dedicated to supporting all aspects of our interventions. The purpose of this internship is therefore to offer support to the programme quality staff in the implementation of all key activities.

In view of the above, Restless Development Program Quality unit is initiating a 3 months (October to December 2018) – internship to work with 4 dedicated and passionate young people in the Programme Quality unit, 2 of the young people will support the Monitoring and Learning unit while the other 2 will support the Programmes Unit.

The Programme Interns will be based in Kabwe and Kasama respectively while the Monitoring and Learning Interns will be based in Kabwe.

The monitoring and Learning interns will support the monitoring and evaluation activities by; Regularly up-dating the Monitoring and Evaluation databases, collation of young leader reports, Attending internal meetings, supporting other staff on monitoring and evaluation work while the programme interns  will support the programme quality team in the overall implementation of programme activities.The interns will be required to work as any other staff member and will attend meetings as and when required. The interns will be subject to the staff code of conduct and will be expected to adhere to it.
