Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on solar installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, including system design, wiring, and panel mounting.
- Stay updated on industry standards and integrate them into training modules.
- Mentor trainees and provide guidance during practical projects and industry attachments.
- Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in solar energy system installation and maintenance.
- Certification in Photovoltaics [Mandatory Requirement]
- Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage learners.
- Proficiency in solar system design and monitoring tools.
