The company is now seeking to recruit a Property Manager.

Brief Job Description

We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of assigned properties

2. Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs

3. Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standard

4. Ensuring a property’s legal compliance

5. Performing general administrative tasks

6. Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

7. Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner

8. Maintain a positive, productive relationship with clients

9. Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses

10. Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

11. Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract clients

12. Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance

13. Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate

14. Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends

Requirements and Skills

1. five years’ work experience as Property Manager

2. Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects

3. In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property       management

4. Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software

5. Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills

6. Well, organized with excellent time management skills

7. Valid real estate agent/broker license

8. Grade Twelve Certificate with credit or better.

9. BS degree in Real Estate and any other related field

10. Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
