We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Rubeh supplies. The main responsibilities for this role include answering phones and WhatsApp messages, responding to emails and social media messages, booking appointments, and receiving and welcoming visitors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written English skills and be a people person with a cheerful personality. They should also have strong organizational skills and a consistent work ethic.
