Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant/Office Administrator to support our financial operations and administrative functions at our company. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the accounting field while ensuring the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
Support the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
Help with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements.
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management.
Maintain organized documentation for all financial transactions.

Administrative Duties:

Provide general administrative support to the office, including data entry and filing.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Support customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Some experience in accounting or office administration is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
