Qualifications:
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
2. Professional certification.
3. 6+ years of experience in construction commercial management.
4. Strong financial and analytical skills.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
7. Knowledge of construction contracts and legislation.
8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
9. Proficiency in construction software and technology.
