ABOUT YOU

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and dedicated sales lead to coordinate our sales teams. He or she should ensure the teams sales targets are met whilst also supplementing managements efforts to execute plans.

The Successful sales lead will perform sales, management and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance, recruiting and training staff and monitoring inventory.

DESIRABLE PERSONALITY

  • The successful sales lead should have excellent sales and leadership skills as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Should have a strong understanding of sales and trends in sales and above all should have the ability to work under extreme pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Recruiting and training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff and monitoring team’s sales performance.
  • Solving customer complaints and answering customers’ questions.
  • Writing and submitting reports to senior managers
  • Spearheading the selling of products and services whilst striving to maximising sales.
  • Providing sales stuff with constructive feedback and assisting staff with solving customers’ problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA in marketing, sales or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in sales of which 1 year should have been in a similar role
  • Should posses a strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Good time management, strategic planning and organisational skills
  • background or knowledge in real estate a plus
  • Class B drivers licence (desirable but not required)
