The Assistant Manager –New Business, the Data Entry Clerk – New Business will ensure accurate and timely capturing of information pertaining to Individual Life in order to maintain an accurate database on the Sanlam Life Insurance IT system, as well meet set timelines and targets.
- Capturing of new business completed by end of set deadlines
- New Business lodging schedules dispatched by end of set deadlines
- Policy schedules sent by 15th of each month
- Capturing error rate contained to less than 1% of total number of policies captured
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
- Certificate or Diploma in Insurance/Information Technology/Statistics
- 2 years working experience as a Data Entry Operator
- Basic knowledge in Insurance
- Ability to plan and schedule work
- Attention to detail to ensure population of accurate information
