Position : FLEET CONTROLLER (4)
Location : NDOLA
Reporting To: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Description
- Managing Trips
- Raising shipment Orders
- Updating expenses for LPO’s ie fuel/funds
- Updating expenses for border funds
- Briefing and debriefing drivers before and after trips
- Reconciling border schedules
- Coordinating with the Operations Manager in generating Sales Orders
- Sending loading orders to clients
- Coordinating with agents to ensure trucks push smoothly at the border to minimise delays
- Sending the tracking report to clients
- Sending the loading plan report for data updates of loads/ shipment orders
- Constant communication with the drivers while on their trips
- Update management on the current status of operations and on any eventualities
- Any other related responsibilities

Qualifications
- Full Grade Twelve Certificate
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- A minimum of a Diploma in Operations/ Logistics and Transportation
- A Bachelors degree in any field will be an added advantage
