A poultry supervisor plays a crucial role in the management and operation of poultry farms. Their responsibilities typically include:

Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing daily activities related to the care and maintenance of poultry, including feeding, watering, and health checks.

Animal Welfare: Ensuring that all poultry are treated humanely and in compliance with animal welfare regulations.

Health Monitoring: Monitoring the health of birds and identifying signs of illness or distress. Coordinating vaccinations and treatments as needed.

Staff Management: Supervising farm workers, assigning tasks, and providing training on best practices for poultry care and farm operations.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of flock health, production levels, and feed usage, as well as any incidents that occur.
