A newly established Security company offering both physical security guard services and technology-driven digital security services to business entities seeks to recruit a result-oriented Business Manager to develope a specific market niche that uses technology as an enabler and market differentiator

Excellent technical and communication skills and business acumen are a must, as well as proven previous track record in the security industry and appreciation of technologies

Qualifications

1. Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification
2. At least 5 years’ experience in security industry at management level. Law enforcement/ military experience will be an added advantage
3. Understanding of ICT, CCTV and other security gadgets, fire and other Safety systems

Responsibilities

1. Take full responsibility for all operational of the security services
2. Ensure a fully operational and responsive Control Centre
3. Business Development of Security services enabled by technology
4. Management and direction of security resources and personnel
5. Develop client base of specific niche
6. Customer service of security services to customer expectations
7. Liaise with stake holders to track security related issues and implement solutions
