Senior Manager Service Center Operations

Reporting to: Chief Sales and Distribution Officer


  • Manage the operations of service centers nationwide
  • Drive customer centric culture and customer loyalty in the Service Centers and Connect Stoles
  • Own service Centre annual strategy and service operation projects
  • Drive electronic airtime, mobile money, quality gross activations and data usage
  • Revenue growth and manage profit and loss in the in service Centre operations
  • Drive sales volumes against targets
  • Manage direct report’s productivity and development

Candidates Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Commerce
  • 8 years sales, FMCG and Management experience
  • 2 years’ experience at a senior management role
  • Administration and operational management experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Strategic Thinker
