The candidate must…
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
- Coordinating the work responsibilities of the kitchen
- Keeping work stations cleaned and organized
- Have knowledge of various cooking techniques, eye to detail and creativity
- Be able to check quality of food and monitor stock levels in the Kitchen
- Prepare a wide variety of Meals ranging from Starters, Main course and deserts.
- Maintaining excellent hygiene
- Possess knowledge of hygiene principles, food preparation and nutrition
Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade twelve (12) certificate
- Minimum of a Diploma in Food Production
- Minimum of two (02) years’ work experience in a busy Kitchen
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Highly innovative and artistic
- Must have friendly and pleasant personality
