Sherbourne Farms Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel/Lodge Manager to join the team based in kitwe.
- conduct marketing and sales and ensure that the facility is profitable and sustains itself.
- maintaining smooth operation of the lodge/hotel its facilities, infrastructure and service function.
- food and beverage costing.
- ensure events and conferences run smoothly.
- guest relations ethics to be followed.
- maintain lodge/ hotel facilities.
- training and monitoring staff.
- reviewing customer feedback to produce targeted action plan.
- ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standard.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Hold a degree or higher diploma in hospitality or hotel management.
- Two to three years work experience in managing Hotel/lodge.
- Must have a clean valid Zambian drivers license
- Must have professional member membership with the Hotel Manager Registration Council(HMRC)
- Must be fully computer literate in word, excel, micros, opera, etc
