National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational milling company specialized in the manufacturing of flour, mealie meal, stock feedg products and also trades in rice and other prod ucts, w ishes to engage additional staff in the following positions:
SHIFT MILLERS – (LUSAKA AND LIVINGSTONE)
Required are Shift Millers who shall be responsible for managing a high complex maize/flour milling unit ensuring that optimum milling yields are achieved and that personnel and equipment are operating safely and productively as per assigned location.
These persons will proactively manage mill staff and schedule maintenance of milling equipment to ensure maximum efficiency provide technical support on process equipment to achieve optimal performance, maximize the capacity and efficiency is properly maintained to minimize unplanned downtime including maintaining inventory of raw material stock required to achieve production targets.
Interested candidates should possess a full grade twelve (12) School Certificate, an Advanced Diploma in Grain Milling and should have at least four (4) years work experience in such similar role with excellent management and leadership skills.
