Signature Lounge Cafe
Signature Lounge is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista / Front of House Staff to join our team. We are located in the Industrial Area of Lusaka, so please ensure that you are residing within a suitable area for employment within this location.
Key Responsibilities include:
– Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages
– Handle customer orders, payments, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including seating areas and workstations.
– Handle cash and card transactions securely and responsibly.
– Assist in stock management and replenishment of supplies.
– Operate coffee machines and other equipment, ensuring they are used and maintained properly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience as a Cashier and the ability to handle cash and other forms of payment transactions
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
– Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
– Intermediate level of math skills
– Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
– Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
