Job Summary
We are seeking skilled maintenance technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant facilities. The technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various equipment and systems within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
- Keep maintenance logs and records of repairs and services performed.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas needing improvement and implement solutions.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and appliances.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment issues.

Academic Qualifications
- GCE O’Level Certificate
