About Us:
Skills to Live Zambia, an affiliate of Young Africa, is dedicated to empowering young people with practical skills that enhance employability and entrepreneurship. We are looking for a qualified and passionate Food Production Trainer to provide high-quality vocational training in food production and culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver both theoretical and practical training in food preparation and production.
– Develop and implement training curricula aligned with TEVETA standards.
– Guide, assess, and mentor trainees throughout the course.
– Uphold hygiene and food safety standards in all training sessions.
– Maintain training equipment and kitchen facilities.
– Foster industry linkages for internships and job placement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

– TEVETA accreditation as a certified Trainer and Assessor in Food Production.
– Minimum of a Diploma or Craft in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or related field.
– At least three (3) years of hands-on industry experience.
– Previous vocational training/teaching experience is an added advantage.
– Strong skills in meal planning, hygiene practices, and kitchen operations.
– Excellent communication and youth mentorship skills.
– Committed to empowering youth through practical skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

– Facilitate training in hairdressing, makeup artistry, nail technology, and skincare.
– Design and deliver lessons based on TEVETA curricula.
– Mentor and evaluate student performance through theory and practical assessments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

About Us:
Skills to Live Zambia provides practical training that supports employment and business creation among youth. We are currently recruiting a skilled and certified Electrical Technology Trainer to lead our electrical vocational training program.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct theory and hands-on training in domestic and industrial electrical installation.
– Develop training modules in compliance with TEVETA guidelines.
– Evaluate student competencies and provide mentorship.
– Ensure electrical safety protocols and standards are strictly followed.
– Maintain workshop tools and training equipment.
– Engage with industry players to enhance trainee placement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

– TEVETA accredited Trainer and Assessor in Electrical Technology.
