Overall Purpose of job

Help to manage the social media platforms for Topstar facebook, twitter,instagram and get more fansfollowers. Manage engagement and reply’s on listed platforms. Manage campaigns and promotions on listed channels. Liaise with manage to create weekly plan to be executed on channels. Have knowledge about media buying.

Job responsibility

  1. Maintain a good brand image of topstar through online platforms.
  2. Collaborate with sales department to push promotions
  3. Manage campaigns and promotions on listed channels.
  4. Get more new fans and followers on each platforms (Facebook, twitter, Instagram)
  5. Manage the complains and help to collect the feedbacks(negative and positive) and try to deal with the negative feedbacks.
  6. Improve the engagement rate and get more engagements.
  7. Seek for more cooperation resources

  1. Gender: Male/female
  2. Age: 25 – 35 Years
  3. Health: Must be Physically and mentally fit, Young, Vibrant and Agile.
  4. Degree: Bachelor degree at least major Marketing management, Social media management, Business Administration or Other related discipline
  5. Work Knowledge: Marketing knowledge especially digital media knowledge. Have some resource to cooperate like influencers,KOLs, blogers.
  6. Language: English
  7. Computer skill: Micro-Soft Office, Power point and Excel
  8. Other: Labor Legal knowledge is preferred
  9. 3 – 5 Years Cognate work experience.
