Background
SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the supply and delivery of above named item.
Instructions
You are now invited to participate in this solicitation by following the instructions below;
1) You are required to comply with below eligibility requirements;
a. Submit business registration certificate
b. Submit valid tax clearance certificate
c. Accept payment after delivery of goods/services
d. Show proof of having supplied similar items elsewhere. Names and contact details of references are required or copies of previous order/contract may be required as proof.
e. Submit clear picture in color of your proposed study lamp that complies with below specifications
f. Indicate your delivery period but should not exceed 5 days from contract award date.
2) The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this transaction.
