Job Title: Sous/Head Chef
A great opportunity for a sous chef looking to take a step up to head chef in a vibrant safari lodge based on the Zambezi River in Zambia.
Requirements.
- Must have relevant qualifications from a reputable institution.
- Must be able to handle all aspects of the running of the kitchen including costing, menu planning, stock control, purchasing, guest relations and training of the team.
- Able to plan and execute multiple menu’s such as bush buffet, pub style and fine dinning depending on guest requirements.
- At least two years lodge experience.
2 year contract on offer.
